GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
Welcome to Chin Up! Here you can purchase artisanal grappas and gift cards to give the gift of a stay in our cabins. We invite you to carefully read these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, which govern the purchase of products and services on our website.
1. SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the purchase of artisanal grappas and gift cards for stays in Chin Up! cabins on the website www.chinup.com. By placing an order, the user fully accepts the terms and conditions indicated here.
2. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES OFFERED
- Artisanal Grappas: We sell grappas that are artisanally produced and carefully bottled.
- "Give a Stay" Gift Card: The gift card can be purchased to give a stay at one of our cabins. Gift cards are customizable and can be used according to the availability of the facilities.
3. ONLINE PURCHASE
The purchase of available products and services can be made directly on the website. Once the desired products or services have been selected, the user will be invited to complete the order by following the instructions. The purchase is finalized with the order confirmation from Chin Up! via email.
4. PAYMENT METHODS
The accepted payment methods are:
- Credit/debit card
- Bank transfer
- Paypal
All payments are secure and managed by reliable platforms.
5. DELIVERY
- Grappas: Grappas are delivered within 10 working days from the order, to the address indicated by the customer.
- Gift Card: The gift card is sent by email within 24 hours of payment and contains all instructions for booking the stay.
6. VALIDITY AND USE OF THE GIFT CARD
- The gift card is valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.
- Booking the stay is subject to availability. We invite gift card holders to contact us at least 30 days in advance to ensure the availability of the chosen facility.
- The gift card is non-refundable and cannot be converted into cash.
7. REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
- Grappas: We do not accept returns for alcoholic products once opened. If the product is damaged or non-compliant, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Gift Card: Gift cards are non-refundable, but may be transferred to third parties upon notification to Chin Up!
8. LIABILITY
Chin Up! assumes no responsibility for delays or damages resulting from force majeure or unforeseeable events. Furthermore, it is not responsible for improper use of gift cards.
9. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION
All personal data collected during the purchase will be processed in accordance with current privacy regulations and as indicated in our Privacy Policy available on the website.
10. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by Italian law. For any dispute, the court of the consumer's place of residence will have jurisdiction.
